The No. 1 plant is a hybrid concept plant that can perform both batch processes and high pressure continuous processes. This plant has various sized glass-lined reactors and stainless steel reactors, liquid nitrogen supply system, high vacuum control system, automated filtration system, etc. In our reactors, both temperature and pressure are automatically controlled with TCU/CHS (Single Fluid Temperature Control Unit / Central Header System) and Automatic Pressure Control System. We have GMP standard clean room, HVAC system and product packaging systems. With these equipments we have been handling the diversity of chemical reactions from high pressure and temperatures reaction to extremely low temperature reaction. In the past 12 years, we have built our experience and know-how over the course of producing approximately 190 pharmaceutical intermediates. This optimal combination of modernized facilities and experience enables the delivery of on-time and high quality products to satisfy your custom specific needs.
