Utility system designed with thorough consideration of process safety plays an important role in operating all three plants efficiently. With the automation system technologies, any change in operating conditions can be adjusted by simply keying in set-point into PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and DCS (Distributed Control System). Automatic transfer of solvents to designated equipment is also possible by setting the required amount of solvent transfer in a PLC and DCS control system. These automations have increased productivity and general safety of the operators. Building Automation System (BAS) including above utility and process automation system was validated to satisfy EU GMP, cGMP, CFR21 part11, and GAMP4.Our HVAC system is controlled at control room and the air supplied to clean rooms to produce API and API intermediate products is filtered by HEPA filters to maintain the cleanliness environment.
The storage warehouse in this site has been designed by c-GMP standards and is managed on IMS (Inventory Management System) online to improve data access of raw material input and output, current product inventory, and final product releases. Based on the chemical property or usage, materials are stored categorically, including products from hazardous material, low temperature material, raw material, and final product, etc.
