With continuous process, higher purity product can be produced in a safer, more economical and more environment friendly way. Continuous process is a perfect way of producing large volume of product, if applicable. We constantly expand our technology base to efficiently cope with a rapidly changing technological environment.
Lithiation and Coupling with n-BuLi

- Milder Temperature Condition than Batch (-70℃ → -30℃)
- Small hold-up of Hexyl or Butyl Lithium ⇒ Safer operation
- Control of Unstable intermediate and Impurity by Over-reaction

Acetylene Coupling with HexLi

C-C Coupling with LHMDS

- Fast reaction and Immediate quenching of unstable intermediate ⇒ Minimize the impurities, higher yield and purity

Borolane Coupling with n-BuLi

- Continuous Reaction and Quenching: Milder condition (-65℃ → -10℃), Better purity by minimizing Borolane generation
- Continuous Distillation to prevent thermal decomposition: Prevention of thermal decomposition with better separation efficiency
Oxidation with Hydrogen Peroxide

- Effective and safe heat control by quenching excess H2O2 continuously
- Fast reaction and immediate quenching → No dimer generation
- Higher yield and better purity
- Dramatic reduction of the amount of 50% H2O2due to increased mixing efficiency and
precise equivalent control in continuous system - Safer handling of H2O2
